HER EM-PACT is a private sector global platform founded by Dr. Cheryl A. Hill and Mrs. Selamawit Zemene in May 2023 in support of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals and “Every Woman, Every Child”, an initiative of the UN that builds upon the core leadership principles of the 4Es: Educate, Empower, Enhance and Enrich, and activates partnerships, economic and social development activities to preserve culture and empower women.
Our mission is to promote strategic trainings, engagements, and positive social change to harness the power of business/leadership development, governmental positioning, arts & entertainment and agribusiness by implementing creative strategies for sustainable economic growth and independence of communities worldwide, through the expression of “exclusive networking and partnerships.”
Data Driven
The reality in the marketplace is that things should be measured. We as Christians too can measure our impact. There is nothing wrong with data. You must show your impact through some sort of data.
